son (now daughter) and some work issues.

I've posted a bit about some of these issues.

I got a few pointers and will implement them shortly.

I am also looking for a new job. I have been at my current place for 9 1/2 years.

A mistake was made by my coworker in applying a payment. The customer contacted me and once I had a copy of the check, I was able to track it within our system. I made the correction, called the customer who had brought it my attention, told him how much he owed. I then did a letter to the customer where the payment had been applied in error.

Sent the letter out with a report that showed the wrong payment, it being reversed and what they actually owe.

Unbeknownst to me, that particular letter had my coworkers' name on it. I did not have MS word in full screen. I changed the relevant information, printed it off and put it in the mail.

The customer called our office and get my co-worker. Bitched at her. Coworker went to our boss, he came to me. He had a copy of the letter, sent via email. I told him that I had no idea her name was on the letter and showed him how I had pulled it up. I got a "you need to be careful" speech,

Since the phone call from the customer? ALL doors are closed and No one speaks to me unless they absolutely have to.

I tried to explain to co-worker that it was an honest mistake and she gave me the finger.

Ever since then I have been isolated and ostracized.
