so I did NOT decorate the Christmas tree on Friday. I put some of the BIG ornaments on over the course of the afternoon, but I just felt like garbage so I just sat on the couch all day.
did the tree on Saturday instead, and damn did it take FOREVER. I ended up not using a bunch of my "word" ornaments - you know, Hope/Faith/Joy/Merry/Believe, etc. I just plum ran out of steam and frankly the tree doesn't need them. I STILL have to put on the candy canes and the icicle ornaments. *sigh*
but NOTHING ELSE is decorated, and it's starting to make me anxious and sad. I love the way house looks over the holidays, but I already feel like i'm running out of time.
