How often do you upgrade? Annually,every other year?

I normally upgrade every year/ever other year. It all depends on what they have and of course, finances.
I was talking to my brother(yes,same one from previous post and this was days ago)and he says he hasn't upgraded in 5yrs.
I don't think I could go that long without upgrading!
