Now as the mother who is carrying it and refusing the paperwork might mean odds are Krissy would win but there are grounds for them to fight it out in court and it has happened many times in real life.
It’s also strange that the paperwork hasn’t already been signed. I mean why not?! They should have done that the moment the test came back positive.
