he signed away his rights. The judge asked him a series of questions to ensure he understood and was doing so of his own free will. He didn’t have to take a paternity test to prove anything.

As the donor he had to sign away his rights so that the wife of the woman who carried the baby could legally adopt him.

Yes it’s standard but TJ hasn’t signed anything. As we just heard today, Alexis reminded Diane of the legal precedent she set to get Franco’s off the hook for the crimes he committed due to the brain tumor. A precedent can easily be set in TJ’s favor for a child created with his sperm. All you have to do is google for court cases where the reverse happened. A guy donated his sperm for a lesbian couple. One mom lost her job and had to get link. The state went after the donor for child support. According to the law and what you’re stating he had no parental rights and the moms even pleaded his case but the state sued him none the less. I don’t recall if the state won but look at how far it got without paperwork.
