away his parental rights. He didn’t have sex with the women. He donated his sperm same as TJ. He has not signed away his rights. He is that baby’s father in the eyes of the law.

They didn’t do any paperwork so they can and will end up in court .
Even if there was paperwork, the judge would look at the intent based on the arrangement. Now, it’s basically he said she said.
