this place was like the fast-food version of oral surgery and i'm shocked that my dentist is recommending this place.

Frist off, there was NO consultation. The first time i met with the surgeon, he shook my hand and then just started with the injections.

and OMG, the injections?! THE INJECTIONS?! no pre-numbing, no period of rest between each one and no explanation of what that might feel like. Hurt like a mother effer. I actually cried after he was finished.

the NURSE explained the procedure and the aftercare but they wouldn't let my husband come back to hear the instructions for aftercare and that was strange.

the numbing actually froze my jaw shut and I couldn't open my mouth more than an inch. Dr comes back, says that's normal and gets started. I was fully numb, so that was good, but...

he had to open my mouth, and he forced it open and it hurt so bad i thought he was going to dislocate my jaw. he did not. and after what seemed like a LOT of pressure and pulling and tools here, tools there, 4 distinct "clinks" in a metal bowl that I assume were the pieces of my tooth.

a couple of sutures, and he scraped the needle across my lower lip and I started to bleed.

then they sent me out without paying, and I was too honest to leave, so that delayed me from getting out of there.

and they never called in my pain meds.

and I bled for 4 hours straight.

if I ever have to do something like this again, i will select an alternate oral surgeon.

today i'm sore as hell, exhausted and really just want to crawl under a blanket and decompress.

Wisdom tooth extraction? Not a fan, do not recommend.
