My gut was dinging during the call, there was quite a few red flags. Eventually I think either the universe was looking out for me or they realized I was asking too many questions cause the call ended up being disconnected.
Their scam was telling me for being a loyal customer I had earned enough points for airpods or an ipad. Something like that. I remember thinking the value of each was not equivalent (like why would you pick airpods versus ipad). It didn't escalate to where I was providing banking information, but I sure felt stupid AF for getting far into the call in the first place. As if my notoriously stingy cell company that won't even lower my rates would give me free airpods/ipad.
