Personally I kind of like the idea of all our mains from season 1 leaving the hospital by the end of the series. Jed has already left. Claire might to be closer to him or retire or take up teaching like he has. Mags is dead. Theo to private practice. June to a new hospital. Bash might go work in the clinics like he was considering. Everyone moves on.
