Claire and Jed as a reconnecting/rekindling.

Also, thematically, it’s looking like Theo’s transplant to Toronto is not working for him and he is going to go back to his original plan of being a small town GP. Living in NYC, I see plenty of people transplant themselves to NYC. It works for some; but not for others. I like the parallels between Bash and Amira’s transplant from Syria to Canada and Theo’s transplant from small town to big city.
