It does get very political (so glad I read it at the beginning of the month).

Sally Rooney is a good writer, but I didn't like Normal People...nor the show, much. I also read it when my mom first went in the hospital in 2021, and tried watching the show then, so...

I don't read much while travelling except on the plane or train. You deserved to relax on the beach!
