Lord John. I would follow his journey if he decided to stay in the Americas or if he went back to England. He deserves his own show but, of course, they aren't doing that. That might make sense.
Also, it is freaking 2025 now, can we please, PUH-LEAZE, stop the "gay man pines endlessly for straight dude". It's so trite and Jamie really isn't all that. Even from the start, I didn't get the appeal. I definitely don't now. There are way better men on this show than him (Murtaugh, Ian the original, Young Ian, John Grey).
I'm not a fan, either. I mean, i get the outbursts after finding out about Jamie, but he really spiraled a bit TOO MUCH.
I get it threw him for a loop but to go right to trying to push himself on Rachel and attacking Ian and having Ian arrested. Nah, boy. No one mess with Ian and expects me to not hate them.
oh, I like Roger. But i HATE Brianna. for all the reasons you stated and because she is always doing extremely stupid things. She's the Kim Bauer of Outlander.
Brianna as a child of Jamie and Claire is so disappointing. She does do endlessly dumb stuff and is also insanely boring to me. Roger, tho. Ugh. I remember when we traded Ian to the Mohawk to get Roger back. I was so mad. They clearly got the best end of that deal. Roger, so freaking useless.
Brianna is boring AF and the whole little smug, dodgy conversation with her grandfather? What was the point?
There was NO POINT. NO POINT AT ALL.
What was even her reaction in that scene? I didn't get what she was going for (the actress is no that good, IMO). Brian was being emotionally vulnerable and she's just kinda smug, kinda dancing around the conversation, dropping dumb little remarks. I hated it.
