I was SO torn. But right now I'm at work and I'm already tired. I can't imagine driving 6 or 7 hours tomorrow. This getting old thing sucks.
Good news is Mr. Kris said he'd drive me to the airport so I don't have to worry about the commuter rail and metro, at least on the way there. And if there's some huge traffic tie-up on the way he can drop me at a Metro. We're going to leave right after he gets off work so I'll probably get there three hours early. And if I change my mind and decide to take the commuter rail that's ok too.
I also just said f it and did first class. I think I could probably fit ok in the other seats but I just don't feel like dealing with it. Plus I get free booze so I will absolutely be having a bloody mary or three.
Now I need to make a list of what to bring! Probably not going to take the laptop with me for my brother to fix. Oh well. The good thing is since I'm staying at my mom's and I'm not going to be going to anyone else's house overnight I don't need to bring shampoo or body wash or toothpaste. I'm also going to try and pack the bag without the expander unzipped, that way there should be room in it for my coat so I don't have to lug that through security. Hell since I'm getting a ride I might not even bring a coat, my mom has extras. Just a warm sweatshirt since the weather next week will be in the 50s! HEAT WAVE!!!
