My son and I (with a little help from a few others) remodeled his house. We started in April and finally finished up in early October. We both work full time so we only had weekends and a few hours in the evening to work on it (when we didn't have other obligations).

It is now on the market and hopefully it gets sold soon. I looks great but we were both worn out by the time it was finished!
