and I am having a devil of a time figuring out what set me off.

it started in my hips while I was walking around Home Goods, and by last night I could barely hold a fork, my hands hurt so badly.

I'm glad you are able to figure out what foods to avoid, I cannot seem to get a handle on it. I was wondering if it was the weather, since we've had almost a week of seriously high humidity levels and very little sun, and I thought that might be it.

Do you keep a food journal?
