among other things, eliminating disposable coffee cups and replacing them with a bunch of mugs. No dishwasher though. We each were responsible for washing our own and the cleaning staff washed the rest. Of course, most of us were already using our own personal mugs. But now we had plenty of mugs in the kitchen for guests.
But here’s the kicker: We still had a Keurig, which many of my colleagues loved. But I always thought the Keurig, with all of its little individual plastic pods, was the polar opposite of green. No disposable coffee cups but a mound of disposable Keurig pods! 😳
