My work is largely independent, and we're being lumped in with other divisions who still have a lot of print material - we don't. A lot of our titles have gone digital. And yet there is no flexibility - my supervisor is under the same rules I am, and he is furious, lol. As it was, I was basically having to actively look for things to do onsite because there just isn't enough print and I don't have enough in-person meetings. I won't now either, I'll just be dragged in to do work I could do at home.
