he just didn't want to go to work yesterday, so he called out. interestingly enough, he also claimed that he felt better than he had since he got sick.
but you know, once you start feeling better, there are expectations that you will once again rejoin those of us who didn't have the flu. so once he realized i was actually expecting him to act as good as he felt, he suffered a catastrophic setback, and called out again today.
so I reminded him that the Dr said if he wasn't better today, he would need to go back.
then i got yelled at, because WHY would he go back to work when its SNOWING OUT? he's been SICK for a WEEK! (you know, in case I missed it.)
so I told him I was done with him, and I've just shut myself in my office with my headphones on, and I'm going to ignore him for the rest of the day.
Its like he's mad that he couldn't enjoy being taken care of and having no responsibilities. Now he'll play sick, so he can truly enjoy sitting on the couch, watching tv and having me do all the work around the house.
