I always made Altice's mac & cheese. And it is a great recipe. But this one looks amazing!

I was only going to bring mashed potatoes and an appetizer (bacon wrapped cocktail weenies with brown sugar glaze) to our friends Christmas open house/dinner. But now I am adding this mac and cheese to the list!
