It's supposed to include $1B to cover the renovation and security upgrades (<WINK> at the judge) for the East Wing that's currently vaguely missing. That's a lot of couch cushions to check to come up with that kind of big bucks.

Have no fear. Already on the scheduled chopping block are SSI payments to children and those on Medicare. SNAP funding reduction was also mentioned. Expect much more to follow to reach the magic number with just "spare change."
