There won't be an election until at least the fall, since the Liberals will have to elect a new leader, who will then become PM. Hard to say how that will go at this point, but the Conservatives are way ahead in the polls, which is unfortunate, because their leader is a bit of a mini-Trump -- very comfortable with lying, and very friendly to the far-right.
