I fell down a rabbit hole last night looking at high school friends on FB. One woman I was close friends with in high school reposted a blurb that said:
I filled up my tank and it was $100.
I bought groceries for my family and it was $500.
I don’t care if he’s rude. I’m voting for Trump!
*sigh* Rude? That’s the worst she can say about him?
This woman is a registered nurse, so she’s not stupid. She’s a neonatal nurse, so she is very pro life. Which is fine in any event, but particularly since she’s my age and won’t be having an abortion. But she has three daughters and is evidently very sure that none of them will ever need/want an abortion either.
And she is one of those who genuinely blames Dems for high prices. It’s disheartening for sure.
