With the writing being what it is, Nikolas wins this with help from his dimwitted son. But ultimately, it's a big nothing burger because all she has to do is say he's full of shyt and all he has is "she called me Spence". If he had proof that would be one thing, otherwise it means nothing. And it certainly shouldn't stop her from reporting the kidnapping. But I'm sure it will.
