Todd's friends and family begin to deal with his sentence.
Blair decides that she just can't confront the penthouse so Spencer takes her to the Palace. Reporters are hounding her and she can't even hear herself think. Which explains the lapse of judgement where Spencer is concerned. She has a moment of hesitation -but can't cope with the reporters -of course Spencer is more than willing to come to her rescue. Blair is an emotional wreck and doesn't know how she can tell her children that their daddy is a baby killer and has been sentenced to death. Where are Starr and Jack- Starr is on a ski trip and Jack is at a friends. Does any one else have trouble buying young Ms. Starr going out of town just as her dad's fate is to be announced.
Paige is tormented by knowing the truth-but if she tells it would destroy Bo's life.
David attempts to get her to spill it with no luck. He realizes that it is big-given how upset Paige appears to be.
Adrianna and Rex grown closer as they test out some private eye gadgets that Rex has to learn how to use to get his Private eye license. Adrianna is finally able to come clean and admit her feelings for Rex-at least there is one happy couple in Llandview.
Jess/Tess Nicki/Vicki are still held up in the cabin waiting for the Calvary to come and rescue them. Nicki continues to play head games with Tess and it seems to be working. Tess hasn't spilled the big secret. Clint and Nash and Antonio have seen the smoke from the fireplace and know where they are they are just waiting for the rescue crew to dig their way to the cabin.
