One Life to Live Update for Wednesday, 18-Jan-2006

This is what is going on in Llandview today
Todd's trail is drawing to a close Evangeline struggles to pull together a closing argument that will convince the Jury that Todd is innocence regardless of the mountain of evidence. Blair continues to be drawn more and more into Spencer's web. Just to make sure that Blair has lost all hope in Todd, Spencer has David reinforce that Todd must be guilty and it would be best if Blair just accepts reality and stop her blind faith in Todd. Blair asks for Spencer's help to deal with letting Todd go and telling her kids daddy is a murderer. At one point Spencer actually says with a straight face that he has no hidden agenda- yeah right!

Rex seems to be Todd's one and only hope. Todd pushes Rex to find out who set him up for Margaret's murder and fast! Rex tries to let Todd know that he has done everything he can do but he will keep looking. Todd's major fear is that Blair has lost total faith in him.

Adrianna and Dorian attempt to run Craze but don't know what they are doing. Rex comes by to drop off an ad for Ultra Violet and gives the Duchess a few words of encouragement. He also has the brilliant observation that Dorian could drive Ghandi to violence -he got no disagreement from Adrianna. David stops in at Craze and tries to offer advice and help. Adrianna suggests they hire him back and Dorian -says NO way!

Tess heads off to New York to talk to Claudia. - She just wants Claudia to call daddy off so Nash doesn't get hurt again Claudia grows increasingly upset as Tess explains who she is and what her connection to Nash is. Claudia pushes Tess' buttons when she points out the similarities between them and that can only mean Nash is just after her money. When it is revealed that Tess is carrying Nash's baby Claudia loses it and accuses Tess of stealing her life. Wow the place Claudia is in has ever scarier security than St. Ann's as Claudia tells the staff it is ok and the monitors can be turned off for her conversation with Tess.

Nash and Antonio realize that Tess is missing again. After talking with Chris and Natalie Nash realizes that Tess went to New York to meet Claudia. Nash heads to the first train to New York.
