One Life to Live Update for Wednesday, 5-Oct-2005

Duke is having second thoughts about breaking up with Adriana. He feels bad about telling her she is just like mommy Dorian. But Kevin tells his son that it’s NOT ok that she said “Rex” when she was ready to sleep with Duke, it might not be entirely inaccurate that she is like her mommy and he deserves better. She comes looking for Duke. And Kevin reveals to her that his son told him the whole story and he believes Duke should have more self-respect than to be with her. But Duke goes off and runs into Ginger. He is shirtless. She is hot for him. At first he wants her to leave him alone but he ends up showing her how to play basketball and they end up kissing. But before it goes to far, he pulls away telling her that this is not right. He doesn’t want to use her just to forget about Adriana. He cannot do that to her.

Dorian tells Kelly that she is very much against her doing the experimental fertility procedure that Spencer has planned for her in order to have Kevin’s baby. She tells Kelly it’s too risky. It could kill her and having Kevin’s child is not worth it. But Kelly asks Dorian if it was not a risk for her to have her children. She reminds Dorian that having Adriana with Manuel Santi was a risk to her life. If he’d ever found out that she was pregnant, she’d be in far more danger than some surgical procedure.

Dorian then takes the CD to Spencer and tells him that she has copied his files and knows that he plans to do some dirty business to ruin the Buchanans. And if he goes through with the surgery for Kelly, she will tell the Buchanans what Kelly is up to.

Blair still wonders what Todd’s “secret” is about Margaret.

Paige asks Spencer what his hidden agenda is. Why did he blow into Llanview with his intent to harass her? Is it because of Bo? He does not answer. And Bo is grateful that Spencer has, at least saved Nora’s life.
