While Christian Vega is in his jail cell, still known to almost everybody as John Doe, it appears there is one other person who might know who he is. Carlos Hesser is in an adjoining cell, revealing that he knows about Hayes Barber’s stunts to kill people and what happened to Natalie. And when Christian hears it, he gets really angry, demands that Carlos shuts up and calls for the guards. Hesser seems to know that this dude alleges he is not Christian Vega. Christian does not know what to say. But he reveals to Hesser that he knows who he is. Christian then has one of his terrible headaches and Hesser tells him he should take something for those headaches. But then he tells Christian maybe nothing could take his “pain” away.

Natalie meets Michael McBain at Capricorn and talks about her plans to move forward with John. She tells him that she thought he’d be interested in her but he tells her that he can be worried about a girl being kidnapped and almost killed without wanting to get her in the sack. He tells her that he knows how terrible it was, not long ago, when she lost Christian. But he concludes that he wants her to be happy and for his brother to be “his version” of happy.

Layla and Antonio tell Evangeline that they have a relationship. She doesn’t buy that for a moment. Layla kisses Antonio and Evangeline tells her sister that if this is a joke it’s not funny and if this is serious, they are crazy. Antonio explains to Evangeline that since RJ and Lindsay are an established couple and he is now single and losing the custody battle, he needs to look like he has a relationship with somebody willing to “help” him as she is, to look like they are a happy couple ready to raise a happy child. He tells her he will do whatever he needs to do in order to get Jamie back. He then gets a call and Evangeline tells her sister that she is crazy to plot this scheme with Antonio. She must realize that he is in love with Jessica and she’s worried Layla will get her heart broken. Layla tells her sister that she found private files on Christian Vega in John’s room. She reveals that she kept the key that Evangeline threw away to John’s home, got in and Roxie caught her out in the hallway. Evangeline informs her that Roxie is “one” of Natalie’s mothers. Layla then informs Evangeline that she should thank her for uncovering dirt on the man she’s been carrying a torch for. He knows about Natalie’s supposedly deceased husband and is keeping a secret. Evangeline goes through the report, knowing that it’s a DNA test that must be deciphered by a doctor. She tells Layla that she’d better not blab it to anybody especially John. She then goes and finds Michael.

Dorian tells Todd that he doesn’t care what happened to Blair at the hands of Margaret Cochran. He doesn’t care that his daughter is terrorized. He tells her he has it all under control. But she tells him she knows how effective he is at handling the Margaret Cochran situation. Dorian then goes to hack Spencer’s computer and gets some evidence on him. David then gets a call from the security team at Craze, assuming there is a power failure and nothing important to give anybody cause for alarm.

Starr is alone at her mom’s office believing that she will be meeting Ginger there as she got a text message that she thought was from Ginger. The lights then go off and Margaret enters to terrorize Starr. Starr goes to find the guard but discovers he’s on the floor unconscious. She tries to get help but all the phones are dead. And right then she finds herself locked in a room with Margaret. She then finds out that nobody will be there to rescue her from that psycho woman. Noticing that Margaret is pregnant, Starr asks her why she is taking it out on her mom and dad. Why doesn’t she take it out on the baby’s father? Unless he jumped off a bridge after realizing he had sex with her. Margaret informs Starr that she should realize who the father of her baby is. She tells her that she and Todd conceived a baby together. Starr says she does not believe that. Her father loves her mother and Margaret is sick to even say that. Margaret then pulls a gun on Starr, telling her that she needs to “clean house” in order to make her family perfect. They get into a struggle and Starr falls and passes out. Margaret is then ready to kill her and says: “twinkle, twinkle, little Starr. History is all you are.”

Nash returns to the winery house and cannot find Tess. She seems to have disappeared. She goes to a bar and smokes and orders vodka. He then finds her. It’s the one bar within 25 miles of where they are staying. She tells him he was gone forever and she woke up and was thirsty. She asks him not to start about how she has the flue and should not be drinking vodka in a bar with guys nearby wishing to hit on something. But she doesn’t want to hear it. He says nothing except to tell her that you can taste the chocolate in the wine he ordered. She asks him why he’s not yelling at her. He tells her that he loves her. She indirectly reveals to him what is going on with her. And when he’s gone, she sees a “vision” of a little girl who looked like little Jessica. This might be the key of what caused Tess to develop in Jessica. She moves closer to the girl and she disappears to show Tess that she is not really there and she’s seeing things.
