Evangeline goes to Capricorn and informs Antonio that Family Services is going to pay him a visit. He tells her that he doesn’t think he should be intimidated. He is Jamie’s father. He doesn’t have to prove that to anybody and knows all about what she’s told him of RJ and Lindsay appearing as the perfect couple and he’s the single guy with the bad temper whose girlfriend took off and all. She tells him that she wants to know what he’s going to tell them about Jessica if they ask. She asks, as if she is them, where Jessica is and what she is doing. And if he really believes that Jessica is fighting for her life and needs him, then he will have to leave Jamie with RJ and Lindsay. She tells him if he blows up and appears angry when asked, he might as well do that because they will force him to. She tells him that the only answer he can give to them when they ask about Jessica is that they split up. She tells him she is on his side and is only warning him. Layla comes out and tells him she overheard the conversation and would like to help him. Right then a woman from Family Services comes by to meet Antonio. She asks him why he missed his most recent “scheduled appointment” to see his daughter. He explains that he was called out on an emergency to help a friend. She asks if he has been seeing anybody and if this person is a “stable influence” in his daughter’s life. She tells him she knows about the “woman he’s seeing” named Jessica Buchanan. And she tells him she’ll need to talk to him. But Antonio tells her she “cannot” talk to Jessica although she’s been Jamie’s primary care taker. Right then, Layla steps in to “save his butt” and tells the social worker that he and Jessica broke up and he’s seeing HER now. Oh, she’s ONE HELL of an ACTRESS. She tells the social worker about her relationship with Antonio, what a great father he is, all the fun they’ve been having with Jamie. She tells her that she’s reading and doing plays with Jamie. She confirms with the social worker that she would be willing to take on the responsibility of helping to raise Jamie should Mr. Vega be awarded custody. But he AIN’T comfortable with the fact that she told a bold faced lie. But he agrees to go along with this “act” that they are boyfriend/girlfriend until he gets Jamie back because he would do anything for his daughter.

Tess is with Nash at their new place. She admits to him that she’s been having a lot of dreams, lots of nightmares. And she is almost ready to tell him her secret. When he leaves she checks her cell phone messages. Ginger leaves a message about Antonio asking her all about the split personality and that he wants “Jessica” back. She falls asleep and hears Jessica confront her. She sees both Jessica and Antonio standing over her bed, in her dream. They tell her it’s time to give it up. Jessica tells says she knows that Tess is losing her power. Antonio tells Tess he’s going to take her home so that Jessica can come back and get Tess out of her life once and for all. But Nash comes and tells him that Tess stays with him. Antonio informs Nash that “Tess” is not even real.

Evangeline goes to see Lindsay asking if she can give RJ the message that Antonio would like to schedule an extended invitation. She notices that Lindsay is really bonding with Jamie. Lindsay asks if she sees a problem with her growing close to this wonderful little girl, and especially after her daughter died. Evangeline asks her what she will do if the judge awards full custody of Jamie. Lindsay makes it clear to Evangeline that Jamie is just like her own baby. She loves her more than anything and will do anything for her. And she will tell that to the judge. And Evangeline should be able to see how clear and obvious it is.

While in prison, after Christian gets out of solitary, he gets to look at a paper where there is an article about John saving Natalie.

Todd is making calls to find Margaret. He calls the hospital and tells them he knows about a car accident and asks if they know about anybody being admitted because of the accident. But right then, there’s a knock on the door. It’s Ginger. She tells him she is moving and gives him some gifts for the kids. He tells her that perhaps he could give her a job taking care of his kids. She tells him that will be cool with her and she will call her mom and tell her. Kevin comes by and asks Todd what he plans to do about Margaret and his “baby”. Todd tells Kevin that’s none of his business. Kevin tells Todd that he was pretty “involved” when Margaret held a gun on him. He tells Todd he will tell the police. Why not let them handle it? Todd tells Kevin that the “sentence” they will give her is not enough. She needs to die. Kevin tells Todd that he knows his reason for wanting to kill her is just so that Blair will never find out that she is pregnant with his child. He tells Todd that he must give Blair more credit than that and know that this is an innocent child, no different than Starr or Jack. Todd tells Kevin he must never compare his kids to that “sick thing” and Blair must never find out that that bitch is pregnant by him. Kevin reminds Todd that Blair might forgive him for killing Margaret but she won’t forgive him for killing his own child. And he also tells Todd that he knows that he had an opportunity to kill Margaret and the baby but could not because he could not kill his own child. Todd tells Kevin, for the first time, that Asa is keeping Margaret in his home. And he invited Todd to go and see Margaret, hoping they would kill each other. And Kevin concludes that that must be how Todd got stabbed.

John is having a real dilemma about whether or not to tell Natalie that Christian is alive. It sounds like he has “pulled string” to get Christian sprung from solitary so that he can talk to him.
