The police want to convict Dorian for the murder of Mitch Laurence. But Evangeline Williamson represents her and makes sure she gets justice. And, luckily for Dorian, Walker presents proof, by a picture of Lindsay Rappaport wearing the "infamous" scarf, that the prime suspect is Lindsay. At that point, Bo and Nora absolve Dorian. Bo is still not "sold", however, that Lindsay is the murderer.
Jen Rappaport has "caught on" to Troy McIver's unprofessional behavior of sleeping with many women, including her mother. However, she still has no clue as to how or why Lindsay "lost it" in her evaluation at St. Ann's, and it has yet to be found out how Troy has set Lindsay up.
At Mitch's funeral, everybody is happy except for Jessica and Walker. Jessica is horrified to find out that Lindsay Rappaport has been implicated. And I wonder why. Although Walker has helped Dorian and won her eternal gratitude, he is not "settled" with this.
At the local restaurant and bar, the two young kids, Matthew Rappaport and Starr Manning talk about their respective "daddy prospects". Bo Buchanan invites Matthew to join him and Gabrielle at the Philly's game. But suddenly, a waiter informs them that Gabrielle can't make it. So naturally, Nora, Matthew's mom, takes her place. And we see young Starr Manning handing the waiter money, as a bribe, probably to help Matthew get the "daddy he wants".
Vicky Davidson discovers that her egotistical son, Kevin, is taking over the Banner and getting too far up on his high horse. She is very angry to discover that Kevin has unilaterally fired many of her valued employees. So she fires him.
Troy McIver is up to no good. he "plays" to Lindsay that he loves her and cares about her. But it looks like she's finally waking up, regaining her sanity, and seeing things the way they are, possibly due in large part, to the fact that she's escaped from St. Ann's and is no longer taking the "medication" that Troy is giving her to cause delusions. But Troy is not going to let her find out the truth or cause him to lose his medical license for sleeping with her.
At the end of Mitch's funeral, when Walker is alone with Dorian and Blair, he reveals to them that he killed Mitch and set Lindsay Rappaport up to take the rap.
