Skye busts in to Asa's hotel room to warn Asa & Max that Blair has his banker at the house & is waiting for Sam, Ben & the police to arrive with a
warrant to bring him in for questioning reguarding the overseas bank account set up in Will's name to frame him. maax and Skye going running out to do damage control just as Jess is arriving to visit Asa & question him about his role in Will's case........

Roseanne black mails Christian to stay married to her for the time being by dropping her forclosure on the diner in exchange for him moving in to the penthouse w/ her & tearing up the anullment papers. Antonio agrees to draw up the documentation of they're agreement........

RJ goes to Hank to find out how he can go about pressing charges against Bo for hitting him, Hank tries to discourage him, but RJ persists, Hank tells RJ to go speak to one of his Assistant D.A's..........

Lindsey is released from the hospital today, in the hall on her way out she runs into Andrew and tells him what all has transpired w/ her miscarriage and how it is affecting her and Andrew tells her that she may come to him anytime to talk, then Andrew leaves........

Just moments later Jess comes busting out of Asa's hospital room crying, Lindsey tells Will to go after. Will follows Jess to the park trying to stop her & comfort her (were Christian also happens to be, trying to get a few moments a piece away from Roseanne), at first Christian thinks that Will had upset Jess, but the she tells Will that he was correct all along & that she had just asked Asa for the truth & that he was lying to her, then she hugs Will, Christian had a very heartbroken look on his face.

Meanwhile Hank is able to talk the judge into giving them their warrant to question Asa's banker, which is then given to Sykes. Sam and Ben follow Sykes to Asa's.

Back at Asa's Blair is trying to stall the banker until Sam & ben get there with the police. All of a sudden Max & Skye start yelling & screaming in the hall, an embarrased Blair goes out there to see what is going on, Skye sneaks past her and helps the banker escape while Blair & Max continue to argue. Sam and Ben finally show up with the police, and Skye or Asa's banker are no where to be found, the whole area is searched and there is still no trace of them , so Sykes and the rest of the police decide to go check out the airport after Blair tells them that he arrived in a private jet. Sam and Ben decide to wait with Blair until they hear word back from Sykes after he searches the airport. Max starts insisting that the get out of his house, Blair insists that they are her guests, she lives there too, and that she wants them to stay. Ben and Max argue about the other isn't keeping up they're end of the deal. Then a scuffle begins with Blair going at Max, Sam getting pulled in the middle trying to pull Blair back, and Ben trying to pull Max back, then a dillusional Asa walks in and wack Ben in the head with a cane.......
