General Hospital Update for Friday, 13-Sep-2013

You know, I am going to rename our Fridays on this website. Instead of Bombshell Fridays, welcome to Cliffhanger Fridays--all cliffhangers, all the time!
What happened today? Sam and Dr. Clay have finally gotten Danny's test results, yes THOSE test results that will show whether Derek's bone marrow is taking; It's Jason's birthday!! (Franco's too!!) and guess who's celebrating??; Sonny and Ava finally met, and it didn't go as she expected and Shawn and Max had a business "chat" with an associate of Derek/Julian's. Finally, Anna and Duke commit to taking down the Jeromes--again!!
Starting off with Danny, Sam is at GH and is longing for Danny. She's watching him outside his room. (She can't come in because Derek's bone marrow has to take with Danny).
She places her Dragon and the Phoenix figurines on the windowsill and gently tells her son that she has somewhere to go, but will be right back.
Sam winds up at the waterfront--at the pier where Jason was shot and his body was thrown into the water. She has two visitors--Carly and Dr. Clay.
Carly leaves quickly. (More on her later). Sam and Silas have a long talk about their relationship and are interrupted when he gets a text: Danny's lab results, showing whether his body is accepting Derek's bone marrow, are in. They rush back to GH, hoping beyond hope for the best.
Carly? She's back at the Metrocourt, where she has not only agreed to give Franco a free room--she's celebrating his birthday as well!! (Come again??)
Carly gave her favorite serial killer birthday cake and champagne, and Franco's enjoying this treat, when there's a knock at his door. When he opens it, he's stunned to see who's there!
On to Sonny and Ava. He noticed her standing in his living room and when Sonny demanded to know who she was, Ava told him she was family.
Ava added that she's family because she's Kiki's mother, who is now married to Morgan!
Sonny's not having it, and is not happy to learn that Ava only got in because of Max. So I know Max is going to hear about it the next time he sees him!
Max? He and Shawn are having a "business dealing" with Vince, one of the gamblers who was after Morgan this spring, who was only released by Sonny after promising NEVER to wind up in Port Charles.
This is all going down at Kelly's and Shawn and Max are demanding that Vince spill who he's working for: and we all know it's Julian, aka Derek Wells!
Julian? He's still at GH, where he's also waiting to find out about Danny. He and Ava run into Anna and Duke by accident, and you can see the wheels turning in their brains, trying to figure out where they know each other!
Will Danny make it through this health crisis? Will Duke and Anna wipe out the Jeromes again? Will Sam hook up with Silas? Stay tuned!
