General Hospital Update for Friday, 27-Jan-2012

Just another Friday in Port Charles! Johnny is still reeling from finding out that Claudia is actually his mother, not his sister--and how Sonny is going to pay for letting him know that; Spinelli and Sam are trying to relaunch their PI business (cheating spouses are us!!); Jason is about to get bad medical news from Robin and Lulu is starting to realize that yes, maybe she does have a drinking problem. Busy, busy busy!!
We start off with Johnny, who is sitting at the piers, trying not to cry.Kate and Carly both run into him separately, but he tells both women that no, they can not help him with this one.
As Johnny is speaking with Carly, we hear a loud explosion, which, Johnny tells Carly, is the King St. warehouse, which Sonny had just purchased.
Aghast, Carly demands to know why he is starting a war with Sonny, but Johnny doesn't explain. Johnny also doesn't know that Anthony is actually meeting with Sonny while this is going on, telling him to pick one of his kids that Anthony can hurt in retaliation for what Sonny has done to Johnny!
Carly goes over to Johnny's place later, still saying that she wants to help. "You want to help?" Johnny asks her, then starts kissing her!!
Meanwhile, Spinelli and Sam are trying to relaunch McCall-Jackal PI. After figuring out that most of their clients are spouses who have been cheated on, they decide to revel in it!! (Cheating spouses are us, right?)
After seeing a pregnancy magazine in the office, Spinelli figures out that Sam could be expecting, which she doesn't confirm or deny. She also doesn't tell him about the potential baby daddy dilemma, but does get a really bad attack of cramps while at the office. Doesn't sound good.
Jason is over at GH while this is going on, because Robin has told him that his lab work results are in and she wants to go over them personally with him. She tells him the news is not good and any stress could have serious implications.
Lulu is sleeping till noon most days, and when she's not in her sweats and having wine for breakfast, is hanging out at the Metrocourt bar--and her friends are starting to notice.
Today's confrontation came from Maxie, who woke Lulu up when she came over at noon, saw the stiff drink her BFF poured herself for breakfast and called her on it.
It got even uglier when Maxie noticed all of the empty wine bottles in the trash!
Lulu got dressed and went to the Haunted Star, where she knew Luke would be. Not even saying two words to her dad, she went behind the bar, poured herself another drink, and then broke the bottle!
This should only get better on Monday...
Will Lulu get help? Will there be a mob war in Port Charles? Stay tuned!
