I grew a tad tired of Elizabeth's whining today. I know that she NEEDS Lucky in her life. Yet, does he need her? I don't think so. Most of today's show seemed to focus on her tirade. She preached a sermon to Lucky and tried to make him feel guilty. She brought up Luke's leaving.. like he is leaving her and the boys.Lucky says : "That's the trouble." You always call me back at a time of crisis. He says : " I love you, but we can never be."She is beside herself with pity and anger..Like look at me,I am a single Mom,and you need to help me. He adds : " There is no way back."He cannot save Liz as she desires. Lucky, again, tells her that their getting together would be disastrous.Can she accept the reality of this? Me thinks not. She writes something on her pillow and then leaves the hospital What she wrote,I do not know.Again, a cry for his help!
Sonny goes to the Brownstone where he grew up. All the beatings are heard in this house.. Also, a cop named Jimmy comes to arrest him for trespassing. Jimmy had some really ugly, untrue comments to make about Sonny. When Deke, his stepdad, almost beat his mom to death, he blamed the beating on Sonny.He called Sonny a psycho, etc.He and Jimmy were in school together. BY the way, Kate asked him to go back so he could face his demons and leave his past behind. Kate has stood by him during his hellish time, Yet, does she plan to renew their love? Sonny sees a little boy sitting on the steps crying pathetically.That small tormented guy is Sonny.This was such a poignant scene..His family was so dysfunctional.Good acting, Sonny! It was touching to this fan. ;-)
Shawn moves in to protect Carly and Josslyn. Michael is outraged that she would let him move in with her. Shawn tells Michael that he has the utmost respect for his mother.Carly asks Shawn to lighten up some. She is still putting the moves on this handsome hunk, however, Shawn is not biting.In fact, he wants to set some ground rules .HA Michael lashes out at Shawn and takes off. He goes to the bar and finds Sam talking to two girls whom she is trying to help. These strippers are being harrassed by someone, and Sam is out to get him. Michael makes a rather condscending remark to the ladies and Sam loses it. She says "just because they strip doesn't mean they are asking for it." How true! Michael looks aghast as Sam truly breaks. He senses that she is hurting and hiding something. Michael remembers what he went through so he can empathize with Sam. I think help is there for Sam with Michael's astute and heartfelt help.Sam and Jason are both suffering, but they vow not to let Franco mar their marriage. There was no sign of Ethan and the lady in white today soooooo.Tune in tomorrow and catch up with the surprises on GH.
