There are ghosts on GH today! I have named Luke's companion his " Other self". This was a great time for Luke to renew his acting jaws. The exchange between Luke and his other self was fun and philosophical. The writer presented some thoughts for Luke to ponder deeply as he rushed little Aiden to the hospital.Lucky called him from Ireland to ask him to take Aiden for medical help.In the meantime, LuLu returns to Liz's to find no dad or baby.Luke's other self is chatting with a tense Luke as he makes his way by car. In fact, it is a rather intense scene, but the humor helps.I think that Luke is trying to come to terms psychologically with his foibles, self-hatred, etc.His "other self" is goading him to do some really deep thinking which may have been his catharsis. As Luke plays games and spews his innermost thoughts to his other self,he seems to have some relevations. It's simply intriguing to observe. His "other self " tells Luke :" You have too many mirrors to sort through." He adds : " You are a perpetual spinning top." I wonder if getting to know this adorable baby grandson will aid in Luke's new life???
Lucky is on his way home from Ireland. He faces his dad's driving Aiden to GH with trepidation. Hope he gets there safely because it was a tense ride for this fan too. HA Lucky dreams of having a heart -to- heart talk with Shioban's ghost.( I truly miss her.)She tells him, in essence, that it is time for him to regain his faith. Faith ? What is that,Lucky quizzes. He has lost faith in soooooooo much. As she tells him. "You have hit a wall."Shioban also tells him that he has been tested.Lucky's dream sequence with Shioban and her little red tam was also a memorable scene.
Mr Ethan goes back to Wyndemere. I think he likes chatting with Laura's portrait. Also, he notices a wet footprint. Could this be from the guy who rescued Elizabeth? Anyway, Ethan does a fine pantomime. Could he be our next Hamlet? Needless to say,I loved today's show. It was well written and acted.
