Robin tells Patrick that this is the best birthday she has ever had.
Anthony visits Lisa. Lisa asks him why he couldn't have just left her in a coma.
Lucky tells Elizabeth that they can't keep playing house, and pretending to be a family. Liz says there is nothing wrong with them being together with the boys as a family.
Sonny sends an expensive bouquet of tropical flowers to Kate's office, then shows up there himself.
The hospital staff gives Robin color coded cupcakes for her birthday.
Sonny presses Spinelli for surveillance tapes of the warehouse, but Spinelli hasn't regained his cyber skills yet.
Sonny and Kate disappear in her office for a private chat. Maxie is eaten up with curiosity, and tries to eavesdrop on them.
Sonny thanks Kate for her help with the police at the warehouse; Kate thanks him for the use of the warehouse for her photoshoot, and says she owes him rent. They agree to call it even.
Liz thinks Lucky blames her for Siobhan's death.
Lucky says that he and Liz have a toxic, co-dependent relationship, and that it is too late for them. A disbelieving Liz asks Lucky if he can honestly say that he doesn't love her.
Lucky says that he will always love her; they are an addiction for one another, and they cannot continue hurting themselves and others any longer.
Anthony tries to convince Lisa to seek revenge against her enemies. Lisa wants to know what's in it for her. It is clear Anthony wants to use her to further his own plans of revenge.
Sonny and Kate share a drink in her office, as Kate is too busy at work to go out.
She toasts to remembering old friends; he toasts to new chapters.
Patrick te;;s Robin that he has plans for a celebration for Matt. He also has another birthday surprise for his wife; software to design their dream house.
Kate asks Sonny is she wants to know what he is going to do about the drugs in his warehouse, and he says no. He leaves so that Kate can get back to work.
Anthony leaves so Lisa can decide whether she wants to pursue revenge or not; but he warns her as he leaves that he can find other ways of putting her to sleep, just as he found a way to revive her.
Kate eavesdrops on Sonny as he visits with a recuperating Kristina at the hospital. Krissie can now walk with the aid of a walker.
Lucky tells Liz that he is leaving town for awhile. She is visibly upset, but agrees that he probably needs some time to himself to think.
But he says that even when he gets back, they can't be together. Liz is devastated. She feels abandoned. Both of them are crying. Lucky tells her that it isn't her fault, then he leaves.
Spinelli's attention has re-focused on Maxie.
Kristina tells Sonny that she knows that he loves her, and they bond. Kate listens, hidden.
She returns to her office, and appears visibly upset. She calls a mystery person, and after saying that she had hoped never to have to see them again, says she will do whatever they want.
Alexis interrupts Sonny and Kristina's talk with news that Kristina has been accepted at Yale after all!
Lisa knocks out an attendant who has come to bring her dinner and check on her. She dresses in the attendant's uniform and sneaks out of her room.
Lucky re-reads Siobhan's last letter to him. He leaves with it and a suitcase for parts unknown.
Liz unravels in anger at Lucky, destroying a wedding photo by hurling it across the room.
She is done with him!
