General Hospital Update for Friday, 23-Sep-2011

And it's Jason and Sam's wedding day!! Or is it? Who will be the next bride? We might be finding out today!!
What else happened? Chrissie gave Alexis the suprise she's been looking for; Dante finds out almost too late that it's going DOWN at the coffee warehouse and yes, he's baacckkk!! FRANCO is miffed, because his wedding invitation was "lost in the mail!"
As the sun rises in Port Charles, we see that it is Sam and Jason's wedding day. Only one problem: they got married at the Chinese restaurant the day before!
Maxie is frantic with last-minute preparations and sees that almost anything that can go wrong with this ceremony is going wrong!
For starters, the bride's and bridesmaids' dresses have arrived: and they're WRONG!! NOT what Maxie ordered!! There are no flowers in the church, no musicians and more importantly, no guests and no happy couple!! What if you had a wedding and noone came, right?
We then see Jason and Sam, blissfully asleep. Sam realizes they've overslept, just before getting a frantic call from Maxie. She tells Jason that they better get over to the church to tell everyone what happened.
Meanwhile, the guests have started to arrive. The email that Spinelli was supposed to send didn't go out, as we know, but enough people got the message by word of mouth, thankfully.
While this is going on, Chrissie is being discharged from GH for the wedding. She tells Alexis that she's got a suprise for her--and proceeds to stand up from her wheelchair!!
Alexis is overwhemed and holds out her hands for her daughter to walk to, which she does!! YAY!!
Back at the church, Sam and Jason have arrived, but to Maxie's horror, are not dressed for the wedding.
They announce to their guests that no wedding is going to happen, because it already did!! As their family and friends beam, Spinelli invites everyone to the reception.
Only one problem. Maxie announces that the caterer's van has overturned!!
Sam and Jason invite everyone to the Chinese restaurant, which saves the day in fine style.
While this happiness is going on, Franco is dancing in his studio in a tux and holding Sam's wedding dress! (I have NO idea how he got it). Wierd!!
Who will be the next bride? Well, it might be a Spencer!! Lulu tells Ethan that she has decided to accept Dante's marriage proposal, but she wants to tell him yes in her own way.
She has recreated the dinner scene from Dante's favorite opera in his apartment, and invites him to dinner at 9:30 pm.
Dante, on the otherhand, is checking out the Coffee warehouse and finds an intruder. He doesn't know that it's Johnny, who has come down to remove all traces of his men being there.
Dante pulls his gun and Johnny pulls his gun. They don't know that Anthony is also there and has also pulled his gun.
Lulu uncorks the champagne as a gun goes off!! Who is shot?? Who fired?? We will have to find out!
