General Hospital Update for Friday, 9-Sep-2011

And it's Fall!! But things are still sizzling in Port Charles. Let's see: Skye is getting just a little too close for comfort to Anthony, but Ethan is ready to help; Jason is recovering from surgery and it's Christina's turn to go under the knife; Sonny still doesn't understand why he can't see Morgan; Liz is playing Nancy Drew for Lucky, but he's busy kicking drugs!Lots to talk about today.
Starting off with Skye--who is still freaked out after seeing her hotel room trashed by Anthony.
After he demonstrates how he would hang her with her own scarf, Skye agrees to do anything he says; especially after he threatened Lila Rae!
While this is going on, Ethan goes to Edward and asks him for the use of the ELQ jet, plus any paperwork he would need to get this "lovely lady" out of the country. Edward agrees, adding "tell Skye to be careful!"
Skye calls him later and tells him that everything is fine, but it's not...
On to Liz, who has finally figured out that the new orderly is behind the GH drug ring scandal. (Too bad the PCPD couldn't do it...) She calls Lucky twice to let him know and tails the orderly to the warehouse, where she's grabbed.
Lucky?? He was busy flushing his pills down the sink and saying "that one's for Jake, that one's for Cameron, " etc.
He's going through some serious withdrawal and isn't up to the investigation, least of all getting calls from Liz.
Meanwhile, at GH, Jason is recovering from his brain surgery, but as usual, is listening to Carly cry on his shoulder about her life, and what's she's doing to keep Morgan safe. Simple: keep him as far away from Sonny as she can!!
Sonny walks in on this, and gets into an immediate fight with Carly about why he can't see his kids and of course, makes everything about him when JASON is the one recovering!!
Sonny has already been to see Christina and tries to be overbearing with Patrick, telling him "You WILL make sure she makes it". Patrick comes back with "I saved Jason's life so he can continue to kill for you", please don't tell me how to do my job!"
Patrick, however, is running on fumes, and anyone can see it. Robin makes an executive decision. She takes Patrick off Christina's case and gives it to Matt!
I don't think either Alexis or Sonny know this and it's probably best they don't find out!
Will Christina make it through surgery? Will Liz be rescued? Will Skye leave Port Charles? Will Sonny kick drugs? Stay tuned!
