General Hospital Update for Friday, 26-Aug-2011

Jason and Sam agreed to surgery today--and four women in his life went to places where they felt closest to him. There were memories and what if's for one of them.
Everything started when Robin agreed that surgery to get the foreign object in Jason's brain was his best option.
She assigned Patrick to Jason's case, but everything broke loose when she said that Matt would assist.
Patrick said nothing doing, as he wanted it to be about Jason, and not about Matt trying to one-up his brother!
Sam, coming out of Jason's room, agreed, telling Matt that she didn't want it to become a pissing contest. (I couldn't have said it better). Even LIZ put her two cents in, agreeing with Sam.
Matt went somewhere to pout, while everyone got ready.
The four women in Jason's life, Sam, Monica Carly and Liz, went to either physical places or places in their minds, where they felt closest to Jason.
Sam saw pictures on her phone from when she and Jason went to Hawaii and was instantly taken back there in her mind. They went diving and were checking out their booty, when we saw a hitman standing in the outskirts.
Sam instantly was taken to the OR (still in her mind) where Patrick was doing Jason's surgery alone. From one extreme to another....
Monica's place was also in her mind and it was a total what-if.
Set at the Quartermaine mansion, the Q's (including Alan!!) are toasting Jason's being named Chief of Staff at GH.
Monica and Alan are beaming and Tracy's sulking; just another day at the mansion, right?
Anyway, everyone's going to GH for the ceremony, but Jason has one more thing to do: snort cocaine!! Unfortunately, Monica walks into the room at the time this is going on--when she is transported into the OR.
On to Liz, who is at her art studio. She meets Jason, who agrees to pose for her with his shirt unbuttoned. One thing leads to another and they make love.
Afterwards, Jason goes into her desk and discovers Liz's birth control pills: unopened! "Are you trying to get pregnant?" he demands. At this point, Liz is transported into the OR, where things are rolling along...
Finally, Carly, who is at Jake's, where she first met Jason. We watch a younger Carly and Jason play their first game at the pool tables. Things are interrupted when Jason tells her that he has to take a meeting with Sonny's people.
Carly offers to go with him, saying that as Sonny's ex-wife, she would have some clout, when SHE is taken to the OR.
Now the surgeons have found a bleeder and the surgery is getting difficult. We will have to wait till Monday to see how it all turns out!
