General Hospital Update for Monday, 1-Aug-2011

Maxie and Spinelli/The Jackal are trapped in the sewer while attempting to find Sam's missing engagement ring.
Carly shows up at Jason's penthouse with daggers in
her eyes, to "congratulate" Sam and Jason on their engagement.
A drugged Lucky lies in the alley where the dealer
injected him, and sirens wail in the distance.
A worried Liz tries to find Lucky.
Matt and Liz have breakfast and discuss Maxie.
The dealer forces Lucky to take more drugs, this time forcing pills down his throat. The dealer advises Lucky that he knew that Lucky wasn't using again, and that he really only wanted information.
Lucky hallucinates: he imagines Ethan taunting him about being a junkie.
Ethan comes to see Siobhan. He is alarmed when he sees blood on the fllor, thinking that Lucky has overdosed on drugs and somehow harmed himself, but
Siobhan tells him she has a nosebleed. Ethan wonders if its fallout from her head injury/recent surgery, but she makes light of it.
Carly is miffed that Liz (and several others)knew about Sam and Jason's engagement before she did.
Carly tells Sam to leave the room so that she can speak to Jason privately. Jason says that Sam is staying right where she is, and Carly can speak her mind in front of her. Carly is clearly rocked by this.
Liz tells Matt her version of events that happened when Maxie and Lucky had their affair.
Matt comments that what Maxie did by trying to come between Liz and Lucky isn't so terribly different than what Liz is doing now, by interfering in Lucky and Siobhan's marriage.
Matt calls Liz on still being in love with Lucky.
Lucky has more hallucinations, this time of a half-clothed Maxie taunting him and offering him drugs.
News to no one: a self-absorbed Carly isn't pleased about Sam and Jason's engagement. Sam and Jason try (unsuccessfully at first) to establish boundaries with Carly.
Maxie succeeds in freeing herself and Spinelli from the sewer.
Jason tells Carly that he still loves her and always will, but Sam comes first with him now.
Carly worries that she isn't capable of compromise...
Siobhan and Ethan worry that a missing Lucky is using drugs again.
Lucky "sees" Jake, and hears Jason admonishing for not keeping the boy safe from harm.
Maxie finds Sam's missing ring just as she and Spinelli are leaving the sewer.
Jason tells Carly that he is going to marry Sam whether Carly likes it or not. Carly storms out.
Jason tells Sam that Carly will have to adjust to how things are now, because Sam is his first priority now.
Matt explains his view of why Maxie has done some of the things that she has done. Liz isn't buying it. She says that she hopes Maxie appreciates having Matt.
Maxie tells Jason and Sam that she found the ring, but gives them a list of conditions for returning it to Jason.
Ethan and Siobhan discuss Lucky's behavior lately and come to the conclusion that he is taking drugs again.
Lucky is taunted by images of Siobhan, going deeper and deeper into a drug-induced haze.
The sirens keep getting closer. Liz finds an agitated Lucky, and promises to help him.
Lucky appears unsure if she is real or another drug-induced hallucination.
