Carly and Jason discuss Molly and Morgan kidnapping Josslyn to bring Carly and Jax together again. Carly is worried that it will adversely affect the custody hearing, and help Jax. Jason tells Carly they are going to search, but quietly, so as not to attract any attention.
Brenda comes back home to Sonny's compound, and Sonny arrives soon after. Brenda tells him that she is leaving him.
At the whorehouse, Javier catches and traps Lulu; Dante is shown bound and gagged.
Javier beats and assaults Lulu, clearly intent on raping her.
Steve and Olivia meet at a bar for drinks. Olivia
tells Steve what she knows about Sonny setting up Jax.
Jax is arrested, and in handcuffs at the police station. Michael comes in to pay a parking ticket, and Jax asks Michael to have Carly post bail for him, as a sign that she didn't set him up to retain custody of Josslyn.
Brenda accuses Sonny of setting Jax up. Sonny denies it. Brenda accuses Sonny of lying, and is devastated to realize that he's been lying all along. She says that there are no limits to what he will do now; he used to have boundaries. She says he gave up everything for Carly.
Molly and Morgan wait to get an email from Carly, unaware that she knows they are Josslyn's "kidnappers".
Ethan and Kristina discuss their trip to Vegas.
Javier puts a knife to Lulu's throat, to force her not to fight him, while Dante bargains with Javier's henchman for his freedom so that he can save Lulu.
Kristina and Ethan help out in the search for Molly, Morgan, and Josslyn.
Michael tells Carly and Jason about Jax being arrested.
Brenda tells Sonny that his house is not her home, and never was. She has always come in second to Carly. Sonny asks Brenda what, if anything, he can do to save their marriage. She says not lying about what he did to Jax would be a start.
Dante saves Lulu just as Javier is about to succeed in violently raping her.
Dante says he is going to kill Javier; Javier counters by giving up the name of Luke's accomplice in his scheme: Helena!
Lulu is stunned.
Olivia frets over not being able to save Jax without incriminating Sonny. She asks Steve for his opinion: he says Carly, Sonny and Jax are all adults, and have resources available to them: they will work it out on their own, without Olivia having to squeal on her childhood friend, and father of her child. She likes his answer; they drink more beer and flirt.
Sonny tells Brenda that she knew he led a dangerous life when she got involved with, and married him. She sadly agrees, but says it is different now, because of her son. She knows what
he wants her to do: be silent and close her eyes to everything, and she can't do it anymore, and so she has to go. Both are devastated, and Brenda evades Sonny's attempt to touch her. She goes upstairs to gather her things and get her son.
Kristina and Ethan find Molly, Morgan, and Josslyn. Krissie explains why the kidnapping scheme was a bad idea.
Dante strong-arms Javier into apologizing to Lulu.
Lulu apologizes to Dante for being so stubborn about staying at the whorehouse to wait for her father to return. Dante kisses Lulu's beaten face.
Carly reams out Morgan and Molly for kidnapping Josslyn. She is interrupted by a call: the judge has reached a verdict in Josslyn's custody case, and will render it tomorrow.
Jax is released from jail.
Lulu torches the whorehouse.
Michael thanks Kristina for finding Joss.
Krissie wants a favor in return: help her sneak off to Vegas with Ethan.
Brenda comes downstairs with her things, ready to go to a hotel. She kisses him one last time, and puts her wedding ring in his hand. It devastates them both.
Jax shows up at Carly's in a murderous rage, blasting her for setting him up, which she denies.
Jax doesn't believe her, and warns there will be hell for her to pay when he proves it. He walks out angrily, without a backward glance.
