General Hospital Update for Monday, 6-Jun-2011

There are 3 family sagas on today's General Hospital. LuLu Spencer is soooooooo upset with her dear bro Lucky. She begs him to go find their dad. Lucky says ;" No way". He told her that he had wanted to save Luke. That is when Lu really lost her cool. She accused him of driving his grieving father away. She drinks in front of lucky and tells him: "You are the one with a disease."Lucky has the saddest look on his face and walks away. Later,he does relent and decides to go after his dad. He says : "I realize that dad must come to terms with his drinking his way." This is a giant step for Lucky. LuLu gets smashed, but Dante is there to console her with a romantic dance. Dante says :" I will always stand by you no matter what." Now this is true love! ;-)Tis sad when Lu tells Dante that there is no Spencer family without her dad. Surely,, Lucky can find Luke.
Kristina finds a dejected ,sad looking Ethan. They eat a little, and he decides to go to Philadelphia to find Maya. When he arrives unexpectantly, he finds his beloved wife in bed with a guy, ouch!Does this open a door for an Ethan/Kristina romance? ( I am still waiting to see Kris and Michael graduate from high school.. ;-)
Jax is knocked down by a strong Shawn. Jax has provoked this incident. Jax is soooooo blind. He needs to stop fighting Carly for custody of little Josslyn. Shawn tells Carly that he did shoot a guy while he was in the marines,but it was not on purpose. She had to tell him goodbye which was sad. They had become good friends, In fact,I thought they were heading for a romantic time.( Shawn will be missed.)
Brenda asks Sonny a rather inane question. She asks why he can't get out of this dangerous biz and let Jason lead. Sonny assures her that he can't do this for many reasons. I think Brenda understood because she made love to him. She also said that she would handle this. I wonder...He said : " I simply cannot leave this life. " When he left it the last time, Michael got the bullet meant for him.SOoooo I guess he will remain in the mob.
Carly reminds Jax that he is being manipulative and self righteous. She asks Jax : " What do you want?"
I think that Jason is questioning his being in this business again. When Dante asks him to talk to Lucky about a reconciliation with Luke, he says " NO".Dante asks what is the difference with Luke's situation and his . This makes Jason ponder what he is doing. Can't he and Sam move ahead with marriage and a baby?
Hopefully, Jax will gain some insight about Carly's need "to mother", Lucky will find his dad, LuLU will stop drinking, and Brenda and Sonny can learn to compromise. Tune in tomorrow to catch the progress.
