General Hospital Update for Monday, 16-May-2011

It's quite an unusual day in Port Charlie as Dante arrests Suzanne for kidnapping Brenda's real child.. Alex.Sonny wrested the knife from Suzanne's grip while Dante looked on with trepidation. Carly, on the other hand, turns on her maternal charm to console Alex. Of course, Alex did not see the fracas with his protective grandmother. I wonder why Alex didn't ask about her disappearance..Perhaps he did not know her well. Sonny beams as he tells Carly that she is doing a great job with him. In the meantime, a furious Brenda is yelling at Spinelli to give her more details. Poor Jackal gets caught up in all Port Charlie's crosswires or whatever. Spinelli tells her that he thinks Sonny is a good father and is doing his best to remedy the situation.
Sam is enjoying a nice chat with her mom Alexis.A confused Sam tells her mother that she is not sure she will make a good mom. Alexis assures her that she will ,but only she can decide. Spinelli takes Sam some mood enhancers and ,in essence, tells her to grab this opportunity to become pregnant with her baby and Jason's. She opens up and shares her confusion with her friend,the GRASSHOPPER. This fan found Sam reading the book "The Secret Lives of Damien Spinelli" by Carolyn Hennesy ( Diane) and Bradford Anderson(Spinelli). It is sooooooooo funny to read these imaginative vignettes about the various cast members on General Hospital. ;-) IT is a well written fast read sooooo. My fav so far is the story of Edward on his yacht.
Jason is so determined not to let Jax take his daughter home with him. Yet, Alexis steps in to remind Jason of the law. Of course. she tells Jax that he and Carly should compromise on custody of Josslyn. They truly need to stop fighting and think of what is best for Josslyn. Naturally, a livid Carly, who has RED darts in her eyes,makes a quick visit to Jax's abode.LuLu and Michael discuss parents ,and Lu tells him how concerned she is about her dad. Michael is a good listener,but he is actually reading_ studying . When will he and Kristina graduate.? I guess" that's another story".
A sincere Sonny takes little Alex to see his mom.. Brenda. He has explained well the situation. While the little one is napping, Brenda says to Sonny : " I will never forgive you for taking Carly with you to rescue my son." Oh me! Another jealous woman! That's another story too soooooo you fans need to check in tomorrow..
