General Hospital Update for Friday, 6-May-2011

Happy May! But our friends in Port Charles don't have alot to smile about right now. With the only good thing being Lucky and Siobhan's wedding, which was bittersweet, to say the least and the Spencers are still dealing with Luke's alcoholism, which is spiraling rapidly out of control.
Sonny and Brenda are contending with Lucien's kidnapping, and now there is evidence that could lead back to Suzanne.
Almost forgot to mention that Sam had her fertility procedure with Dr. Lee!
And looming over everything and everybody, is Jake's birthday, which hit everybody hard on May 4th.
Starting off with Lucky and Siobhan's nuptials, we see that yes, they finally did it!! The couple tied the knot at the Justice of the Peace's office, and now Siobhan doesn't have to worry about being deported, as she gets her green card!
There was one other person watching the wedding from outside the office: Liz, who was going to tell Lucky about Aidan's paternity test, but was too late to stop the ceremony.
While Lucky and Siobhan were saying their vows, Liz remembers her first wedding to Lucky in the 90's, and some very sweet footage of the ceremony was shown, which was nice.
Mr. and Mrs. Spencer came home to a wedding cake and champagne, courtesy of Nicholas.
Right before they headed off to bed, Lucky picked up paperwork from the City Clerk's office and was jolted into realizing that it was Jake's birthday.
He confesses to Siobhan that he had ordered a cool toy online for Jake before his tragic death.
Meanwhile, Liz is unpacking a huge box at her home and it's Lucky's present: a child-sized motorcycle.
She sees Jake again, and stunned, has a vision of him getting on it and riding off. She rightfully delivers it to Lucky, just before Siobhan comes out in a slinky nightie for the wedding festivities!!
Over at the Haunted Star, Luke is drinking with a guilty Ethan, when Lulu walks in. Lulu tells her father that he needs help and she is not condoning his behavior. He is still in denial and refuses to go to rehab! Things are only going to get worse for the Spencers until this happens.
Over at Chez Corinthos, Dante reports to Sonny that there are witness statements from the airport that Suzanne was seen boarding a plane to Phoenix with a little boy. This is the first concrete evidence that ties Suzanne to Lucien's kidnapping and Dante is going to run with it, even though Brenda swears up and down that there is no way that Suzanne could be involved.
Finally, Sam did have her fertility reconstruction procedure at GH. No word yet on how it went, but here's hoping that everything went well!
