General Hospital Update for Friday, 4-Mar-2011

And March certainly came in like a lion in Port Charles! Let's just hope it goes out like a lamb...
There was good news and bad news today. The good news is that Sam's hearing has come back and everyone's thrilled. The bad news is that Theo is refusing to believe that his grandson was stillborn and is giving ultimatums to Suzanne and Brenda to tell him where he is; Michael could have gotten sent back to Pentonville; and Sonny is on the warpath.
Almost forgot to mention that Liz is starting to have real doubts about Aiden's paternity and is showing everyone in the hospital his picture, asking if he doesn't look like Lucky!
Starting off at GH, Sam is having a check-up with Patrick. Her hearing has come back, and Patrick is cautiously optimistic.
He tells her that he doesn't want her to push it just yet, adding that she should still be on bedrest for the time being.
What was sweet was when she heard Jason tell her that he loved her, which was a big "awwww" moment.
Lots of bad news to deal with today. Starting with Theo, who is demanding to know where his grandson is, even though Suzanne and Brenda have told him that the baby did not live.
Suzanne admits to him that she did not tell him that she was with Brenda when she lost the baby on purpose, adding that she didn't want to cause him anymore pain, which doesn't go over well at all.
Brenda is still being held hostage and has made friends with one of Theo's men. This man actually tracks down Sonny at the Metrocourt and before he could tell Sonny where she was, spotted another Balkan thug in the lobby and bailed.
Even so, he is able to give Brenda a key to her prison and Brenda escapes. We see her running through the woods...
And while we're on the subject, Shawn Butler is also back in town. He goes to Carly's home and tells her to get Jason, as he has a lead on Theo.
On to Michael. He is at Kelly's with Molly when she sees the man who tried to kill Shawn at GH. He chases him into an alley and the thug pulls a gun on Michael.
Dante is on the scene and pulls a gun on the thug, arresting him.
While this is going on, Dante is all over Michael, telling him that he easily could have wound up back in Pentonville over this stunt.Jason is in full agreement, telling Michael the same thing, but Michael isn't listening. He says that he's trying to help his father!!
Sonny wants answers and doesn't care how he gets them. He goes to the PCPD and actually pays the thug's bail, but the goon doesn't want to go with Sonny, telling Dante that he knows he won't make it to the parking lot!! Ya think??
Finally, Liz. She shows everyone at GH pictures of Aiden, asking if they don't see just a smidge of Lucky in him...Do you think that his paternity tests will be redone? Sounds like it!! And maybe Helena will show up again?
