General Hospital Update for Friday, 14-Jan-2011

Winter doldrums? Not in Port Charles! Let's see: Carly's sitting on a bombshell and is itching to use it to derail Sonny and Brenda's wedding; the Balkan is telling Siobhan how it's going to be, and she's trying to dump Lucky; Brenda is spilling her guts about the night she and Dante took down Alexander to who she THINKS is her lawyer, but doesn't realize is the Balkan and Robin and Terrell get closer. BUSY Friday!!
Starting off, we see that Carly is a woman on a mission--and makes what we think is a mistake in going mano a mano with Diane.
She tells Port Charles' favorite lady lawyer that there's no way that Brenda and Sonny's upcoming nuptials are going to go down, because she's got proof of hanky-panky between Brenda and Dante!
Diane calls her bluff and asks for proof of Carly's bombshell: about the child that Brenda and Dante had. Carly wips out what Spinelli was able to get her, telling Diane that she needs to prove this legally!
When Diane quite correctly asked what was in it for her, to devastate her biggest client, Carly talked about the fall-out that was going to happen when the news got out, so Diane better get while the going was good and get in now. Diane, (against her better judgement), agrees to go along with Carly's scheme, but makes the former Mrs. C swear that she will not reveal her involvement!
Meanwhile, Siobhan is begging the Balkan (aka Theo) to leave her sister Fiona out of anything that's coming down. Nothing doing, he tells the Irish lass; adding that she is going to be with Lucky until he decides the time is right to kill him!!
Scared, Siobhan goes over to Lucky's place and tries to break it off with him. We won't know what happened her until Monday, but I do think that Siobhan really does care for Lucky.
While all this was going on, Brenda was in Diane, Alexis and Theo's law office and is spilling HER guts about what happened the night she killed Alexander! Little does she know that she's telling all to the Balkan....
Almost forgot to mention that Dante and Lucky have recovered DNA evidence that shows that the body that was pulled out of PC's harbor was not Jerry and Jerry is NOT the Balkan. Brenda is still not safe and doesn't know it...
The only other non-Balkan news of note today? Terrell and Robin are growing closer. Terrell now knows that Robin is HIV positive and tells her about a friend of his from childhood that was also HIV positive and died of full-blown Aids. These two are developing feelings,mark my words.
Can't leave without talking about Patrick, Robin's estranged hubby! He's figured out that Johnny has something on Lisa, and thinks it has something to do with the syringe that Lisa tried to inject Robin with. He's getting warmer!!
