General Hospital Update for Friday, 12-Nov-2010

The cold winter winds are starting to blow through Port Charles, and it looks like things won't be getting any better for Robin soon.
Otherwise, what would Friday be without a bombshell--and did Brenda and Dante ever lay one on us; Carly and Johnny are taking a road trip; Claire is drinking to the possible end of her career and believe it or not, Sonny feels guilty!
We start off with Robin, who is waking up from a nightmare at GH. She doesn't know that a real-life nightmare will be starting as soon as she opens her eyes.
Her nightmare was about being taken from GH to be forcibly committed to Shadybrook. As the men in the white suits were wheeling her into the elevator, she wakes up--only to see Lisa standing over her with a syringe!
Robin screams, so everyone comes rushing into her room. Lisa's story is that she was on her way next door to give the patient in that room his arthritis meds when she heard Robin screaming from her nightmare and decided to see if she could help.
Steve took the syringe to have its contents medically analyzed. Bad news for Robin: the contents checked out and Lisa's story was on the level.
Later on, Lisa goes to Steve and tells him that she has finally had enough. She has documented every incident between Robin and herself and is bringing it to the Hospital Board; demanding that either Robin is fired or Lisa walks!
Carly and Johnny are in New York City on a fact-finding mission. It turns out that Dante's former NYPD partner is now on Johnny's payroll as a security director at one of his family's hotels in the City, so Johnny has set up a meeting for Carly to find out more about Dante and Brenda in 2007.
The former cop tells her that the police assigned to Brenda were supposed to stay in the hall outside of her hotel room to monitor who was going in and out of the room--but he found it odd that Dante was spending all of his time in her room and signing up for double shifts besides! Interesting...
While all of this was happening, Claire was sitting at the MetroCourt bar with Jacks. She's more scared than she lets on about her upcoming Internal Affairs investigation which could spell the end of her job as a federal prosecutor.
Why is she going through this? Because of her relationship with Sonny, and because of her throwing out evidence in the car bombing case.
Sonny is actually feeling guilty about this and we would be led to believe that she has feelings for Claire. He actually tells her not to do it, but she tells him that she's doing nothing wrong and has nothing to fear with IA.
Finally the Friday bombshell!!! Ah yes...Dante and Brenda are meeting to get their stories straignt.
They know that everyone knows about their prior relationship in 2007 and that only Jason knows about Alexander (the Balkan's son)being shot and killed by Brenda as a stunned Dante looked on.
What nobody knows about (yet) is THE BABY!! Brenda tells Dante with tears in her eyes "Don't start talking about the baby!!" I don't know if it is their baby or not, but all I know is this is going to be good!!
