General Hospital Update for Friday, 5-Nov-2010

It was Truth or Dare in Port Charles today--and believe it or not, there were no consequences from hearing the truth!
The truth about Sonny's involvement in Johnny's car bombing finally came out, and Christina accepted it with grace, Lisa rescued Robin and Emma from Mac's burning house, and Robin's saying that Lisa started the fire (don't know if THAT's true or not); Brenda refuses to tell Jason the truth about her and Dante's past relationship and Lucky is negotiating a trade with the Balkan: Brenda for Siobhan.
We start off at the PCPD, where Sonny is being held for his involvement in the Johnny Zacchara car bombing.
He is upset with Claire for holding on to the recording that Ronnie had giving her proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that he was involved--but he doesn't know that she is looking for loopholes disallowing the evidence.
And as luck would have it, she's found one. Claire tells Sonny that there is a recent court opinion ruling against the use of Homeland Security wiretaps in criminal cases, and as a result, she thinks that it will be thrown out of court.
All of this happened after Christina visited Sonny in the interogation room; telling him that she forgave him for his actions. It's a lucky day for Sonny in all areas!
It wasn't all sweetness and light at Mac's house, however.
After Robin put Emma to bed, an accidental house fire started. Robin tripped as she went to check on it, causing her to pass out at the foot of the stairs, which is where Lisa found her. (And just what was Lisa doing there, hmmmmm??)
Anyway, Lisa pulled both Robin and Emma out of the burning house and rode with the paramedics to GH. While they were being treated, the PCPD cop told her that she would have to go to the station to answer questions, as Robin was saying that Lisa started the fire! Sometimes a girl just can't win....
As Lisa is yelling about how her rights are being violated at the PCPD, Patrick is gently telling Robin at GH about the third degree burn on her leg, which could compromise her already compromised immune system.
Over at Jason's apartment, he is confronting Brenda with the fact that he knows that Dante was assigned to guard her with the NYPD in 2007, so they do have a past relationship and just what was it?
Brenda's still not talking about it and tells Dante when they are alone that people are starting to get wise. She doesn't know that Carly is hot on the trail, so her days are numbered!
Dante is one busy cop, as he's also working with Lucky to satisfy the Balkan's main demand: Brenda for Siobhan. Jason will not hear of it, but the Supermodel is game, saying that she doesn't want an innocent girl to lose her life because of her. I'm sure we'll be hearing more on this later!
