General Hospital Update for Friday, 24-Sep-2010

September's almost over and Lisa's starting to snap!! The Balkan is getting a little too close for comfort and Lulu and Dante might just be "helping" Lucky just a teensy bit too much with his undercover assignment. Claire and Sonny are getting close, and Carly says she doesn't care (RIGHT!!) and Sonny is finally telling Michael about Brenda.
Let's start off with Robin and her potentially fatal run-in with Dr. Loony Lisa. Robin is packing up Emma to take her over to Maxie's house and has everything ready in her diaper bag.
Being as thorough as ever, Robin takes her HIV meds first: but doesn't realize that Dr. Niles has switched them with a potentially dangerous tranquilizer.
The drug doesn't affect her before Mac leaves the house for work, but it has kicked when Robin prepares to leave. She's scattered, and walks out of the house leaving Emma's diaper bag and the door wide open.
We next see Robin and Emma in the car, and Robin is talking about taking Emma for ice cream. All of a sudden, a policeman is shining his flashlight in the car and asking why Emma is alone!! WHERE'S ROBIN???
Patrick chooses this minute to come to Mac's house. He sees the door open and the half-packed diaper bag, and immediately knows that something is very wrong. He goes over to the PCPD and tries to convince a skeptical Mac and then goes over to GH to do the same to Steve. He's convinced that Lisa has kidnapped Robin.
Robin wakes up in a cabin with Lisa, and doesn't know how she got there! Lisa is trying to act sane, and then starts going on about Patrick and how their sex was spectacular, blah, blah.
On to the Balkan. His thugs have grabbed Brenda and inject her with an unknown drug in her Rome suite. This is after Jason has already left for the airport. Suzanne calls him, saying that she can't track Brenda down and he turns around and comes back. He immediately sees that she has been drugged and starts to save the day (AGAIN!!).
Meanwhile, Lucky, still working undercover as Ronan O'Reilly, has been trying to get a meeting with the Balkan, but is having no luck.
Things are about to get worse for him, because he runs into Dante and Lulu in a bar in Dublin!! Fortunately, they figure out what's going on, and play along. Dante shows his PCPD badge (like THAT will go over in Dublin) and Lulu poses as Detective Leslie Spencer. They convince Siobhan (does EVERYONE lose all sense of reason with the PCPD) and meet up with him in his grungy apartment.
On to Claire. She goes over to the Metrocourt and tells Carly to tell Jax that she does not appreciate him working behind the scenes re her career, etc. Carly says she really could care less who Sonny sleeps with...
Finally, Sonny opened up with Michael about his memories of Brenda and we had more Sonny-Brenda flashbacks. And that, sports fans, is that for today!
