General Hospital Update for Friday, 28-May-2010

Happy Memorial Day weekend!! And our friends in Port Charles celebrated in different ways. It was visitors'day at Pentonville, with all of the drama that could bring; Sonny and Johnny are about ready to "let the games begin"--not if Olivia has anything to say about it; Nicholas and Lucky are also ready to declare war, thanks to Helena and Dante is starting to look at Brook Lyn in a new light.
Let's start at Pentonville, where Michael and Jason are clearly among the most popular prisoners, as they're getting the most visitors!
Everyone's come to see Michael: Carly, Sonny and now Christina--and everyone has one question: How did Michael get his face rearranged?
Michael's not saying anything and just tells Carly that Jason's teaching him how to defend himself and the lessons are working.
Carly visits Jason next and of course gives him the third degree. She lets him in on her plan to bring down Dante and Lulu, and Jason begs her to back off! He can't be there to fix it when her plan will go down (as her plans always do), but Carly's not hearing him.
Jason's next visitor is Sam, who has some bad news: she's been denied for conjugal visits, because they're not married! Maybe a jailhouse wedding, who knows?
On to Sonny and Johnny. Sonny, Max and Milo ambush Johnny in the middle of town. Things are getting interesting when Olivia interferes, telling everyone to back off. After all the jokes about Johnny's masculinity, things stop, but Olivia storms over to Chez Corinthos to have it out with her baby daddy once and for all!
Sonny winds up going over to Dante's, who's in the middle of his spur of the moment dinner party with Brook Lyn and Lulu, asking him to help break up Johnny and Olivia.
Speaking of that dinner party, Brook Lyn kinda sorta invites herself over when she sees Lulu walking to Dante's place carrying all sorts of grocery bags. Looks like an Italian dinner is in the works, right?
Lulu and Dante, who have no clue that Brook is up to no good, invite her over and things are moving along when Lulu's cell goes off. It's Kate, with a crisis du jour.
Lulu drops everything to go rescue her boss (again!), leaving Brook and Dante to their own devices. Brook takes over the cooking duties and things are moving on...
Before Lulu left, Brook asked her if she wouldn't mind asking Carly to let her sing at the Metrocourt and Lulu asks. Carly's mulling it over and we shall find out soon.
On to Nicholas and Lucky. Still upset that Liz won't consider moving to Windemere, Helena decides to interfere. She goes over to the PCPD and sees Lucky speaking with Claire Walsh. She rudely dismisses Claire, calling her Lucky's "secretary", which is pretty funny come to think of it...
The upshot is, Helena confronts Lucky by telling him that she's the reason that Liz won't move to Windemere and if anything happens to the baby it's his fault!
That was the last straw for Lucky. He goes over to Windemere to have it out with Nick and it's pretty gruesome. Some low blows were delivered and the upshot is that nothing was settled--so we will have to see what happens next!
