General Hospital Update for Friday, 16-Apr-2010

Happy Day after Tax Day! Hope you and everyone in Port Charles made peace with the Tax Man! And speaking of Port Charles, here's what we saw today:
And Sonny's trial is still going on--with poor Morgan thinking that he could have sent his dad to prison! But, as usual, Carly is going to stir things up in her own way. The PCPD is finally getting reaaallly warm in tracking down Michael, so he could be taking the stand soon--and Jason's not going to prison! Not this time, anyway...
Christina is still grieving for Keifer, and definately doesn't need Warren Bauer rubbing salt in her wounds.
We start off with Sonny's trial, where Morgan is getting ready to take the stand. Claire tosses him a few soft balls, but when she zeroes in on him and asks if Michael ever spoke with him about Claudia's death and he said no, asked him if he was told what to say!
Diane is all over that, and told the court she resented the implication that Morgan was coached. Morgan finally answered the question and was evasive.
When the Social Worker brought him home, he collapsed in tears in front of Carly; telling his mother that he could be the one responsible for sending Sonny to prison!
Carly's got issues of her own with the trial, and shares with Jason how nervous she is about her own testimony.
She's put on a brave face with Morgan, and tells him that Claire Walsh has met her match with her.
Anyway, when she's called to the stand, she marches in, with Josslyn!! And let the games begin!!
On to Michael. The PCPD has finally put two and two together and figured out that since Sonny owns an island, there's a really good chance that Michael could be stashed there! Ya think?? Anyway, they send Ronny down to the island to bring back Michael.
But Ronny doesn't know that Jax beat him to it. Jax hooks up with Michael on the island and essentially tells him that being there is the best thing for him, but Michael's having none of it.
After Jax leaves, Michael is packing his backpack, preparing to leave the island, when he hears a commotion at the door. It's Ronny, armed with a summons, who now says he's with the PCPD!! When did Mac hire HIM???
Speaking of Jason, Claire rejected his offer of a deal, which was to have him go to prison for 10 years, instead of Sonny. Sam is thrilled and when they are getting cozy at her place, Jason is amused to see her jail break items out. Nothing like being prepared, right?
Finally Christina. She is on a memorial website for Keifer and is at home, when there's a knock at the door. It's Warren Bauer (uh-oh), who's come over to give her Keifer's journal.
They speak, and Warren's still in denial, telling her that it was Ethan that was hitting her and perfect Keifer would never do that, yada yada, when Alexis comes in just in time.
She kicks Warren out, but not before he tells her that she's going to pay for killing his precious boy! Warren then storms over to the PCPD and confronts Mac, wanting to know what he's going to do about sending Alexis down the river...
Anyway, that's about all that happened today. Stay tuned for Carly's testimony at the trial. Fireworks should be going off!
